This 40th Anniversary edition Silver Panda coin was originally issued by the China Mint before being altered by the Germania Mint and re-issued as part of the limited mintage Artificial Intelligence series. Using a process called ennobling, the coin was transformed into a high-tech themed work of art.

Additional inscriptions include "30 g Ag .999" and "10 Yuan." The charming playful panda scene is the fourth design of the ten-year panda life story "series within a series" that began in 2019.
