All European kings dreamed about the products of the famous Fabergé studio. The best jewelery artists working there made royal insignia, jewelery and, most of all, legendary Easter eggs. It is them, intricately made miracles of gold, decorated with diamonds and other precious materials, made the name Fabergé a legend.
The egg with a bouquet of wildflowers dates back to 1901 and was a gift from Tsar Nicholas II to Alexandra Feodorovna's wife. From 1895, the Faberge enterprise, commissioned by the tsar, produced two tsarist Easter gifts in the shape of an egg each year. One egg was a gift to the mother, Tsarina Maria Fedorovna, the other - to his wife.
